A starter cast of Bops.
1,000 illustrated Bops, each drawn from the Solana block its mint lands in. Nobody picks the art. Not us, not you. Hold one and he’s your starter character in Studio.
Proposed: the owner confirms the collection before any mint. Product access only: no revenue, fee share or payouts attach to a CAST member.
Sample · not mintedNobody picks the art.
Each character is generated from the block its mint lands in. You sign before that block exists, so nobody can steer it: not the team, not the minter.
- 01 · mintYour transaction lands in a block.
Price in SOL: set at launch per character · paid to the treasury. The block does not exist yet when you sign.
- 02 · finalityThe block is finalized.
The reveal keeper waits for finalized commitment, then reads that block’s hash. Until then your character shows the placeholder: Bop's silhouette in Line Black with a pink "?" antenna tip, until the reveal.
- 03 · seedsha256 → traits → SVG.
The engine hashes its version, your asset address, the slot, the blockhash and a reroll count. The hash picks every trait, and the engine draws one canonical SVG of your Bop from them.
- 04 · revealWritten to your asset.
The SVG, a 1024 × 1024 px PNG rendering and the metadata go to permanent storage, and the keeper points your asset at them, minutes after mint (keeper cadence). The metadata carries the SVG’s sha256, so anyone can re-check it below.
The formula, the rules, the engine
sha256("CREATEON-CAST-PFP-v2|" + asset address + "|" + slot + "|" + blockhash of that slot + "|" + reroll)
- Why the blockhash
- The minter signs before the block exists, so nobody can grind for rare traits by re-signing. The keeper reads it at finalized commitment only.
- Unique characters
- If a revealed combination already exists, reroll = reroll + 1 until unique; the reroll count is written to the metadata so anyone can verify.
- In the metadata
- Seed, Seed Slot, Seed Blockhash, Mint Tx and Reroll, next to every trait, the engine version and the SVG’s sha256.
- How it is checked
- Regenerate the SVG from the traits (engine renderSVG) and compare its sha256 with the metadata properties.svg_sha256 and with the uploaded SVG (properties.files, image/svg+xml). The PNG (image) is a rendering of that SVG and is not compared pixel for pixel.
- Engine
- CREATEON-CAST-PFP-v2 · sha256 1c56d873d67347c5fbf3955fe86c4fbddb1c9c30c20b2fd5fa62c5ff70d24a2f · engine.js. The candy machine’s hidden-settings hash commits to the engine and these rules before the first mint. terms.json names CREATEON-CAST-PFP-v2.
Roll a Bop.
Put in any asset address, slot and blockhash and see which Bop the engine draws. Preview only: the real art uses your mint’s own block.
The engine loads when the lab scrolls into view.
Check the block, not us.
Paste a CREATE CAST asset address. The page reads the asset, recomputes the seed from its block, redraws the SVG with the engine and compares its sha256 with the metadata and the uploaded file.
10 one of ones.
10 of the 1,000 are hand-directed one of ones, numbered #991-#1000. Same engine, same sticker build, traits no seed can roll. Not in the public mint; how they are allocated is not decided yet.

Traits from one hash.
Each trait is rolled from the seed. The shares are exact expectations from the tables, not a count of minted characters.

What you get. What you don’t.
- Status
- proposed Proposed as the collection for CREATE; the owner confirms it before any mint.
- What it unlocks
- Use your CAST member as a starter character in CREATE Studio, and premium templates while you hold it.
- What it does not
- No revenue, fee share, $CREATE or payouts attach to a CAST member. It is product access, not an investment.
- Standard
- Metaplex Core + Core Candy Machine. Each character is one Core asset in the collection.
- Art
- Illustrated Bop PFPs in the brand's sticker build (thick Line Black outline, flat fills), 10 layered trait categories; one canonical SVG per token (deterministic), rendered to a 1024 px PNG (2048 px for one-of-ones); verified by the SVG's sha256.
- Supply
- 1,000 characters, including 10 one of ones held back; 990 in the public mint.
- Price
- Price in SOL: set at launch per character · paid to the treasury
- Mint window
- 48 hours, from the start time.
- Reveal
- Candy Machine hidden settings; a reveal keeper computes the seed after mint, renders, uploads and updates the asset URI; minutes after mint (keeper cadence).
- Storage
- Set before mint
- Royalties
- 5% (500 bps) of secondary sales to the royalty wallet, recorded in the collection’s Royalties plugin · Wallet set before mint
- Royalty enforcement
- Checked on-chain with an allowlist: wallet-to-wallet transfers, Magic Eden and Tensor. Metaplex Core checks the list on every transfer. It limits which programs can take custody of a CAST member; it does not identify the marketplace, so it cannot make every sale pay the 5%. Program ids after the devnet rehearsal
